A few weeks back an article came through Facebook, about a women who lives on 10 acres of farm land in New Zealand with her four children, and takes black & white photos of them doing their daily activities. The photos were beautiful, and so inspiring. Granted they are tech free children, and mine are not, and we don’t even have an acre of land, but, we have a beautiful island to explore and a wonderful neighbourhood to raise our kids in. And so, I started my own little version of documenting my children’s daily play & explore activities. Not that i didn’t already take lots of photos, but doing them all in black & white adds a certain magic to them. Don’t you think?
